Shipping policy

Once your payment has been confirmed, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will be shipped on the next business day. If you place an order after 11 a.m. PST on Friday, it will usually be shipped the following Monday.

Please be aware that, due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine, delivery times may vary and are generally estimated between 10–45 business days. In most cases, packages arrive within 10–20 days.
